🌿【痛苦的呻吟，打破了小区的宁静】🐾
几天前，远处传来一阵阵微弱的呻吟声，打破了这片宁静住宅区的安稳。
住在附近的一位马来妇女 Anita，听见声音似乎是从不远处的芭里传来的。趁着午后阳光还在，她鼓起勇气，独自走进芭里一探究竟。
循着那断断续续的呻吟声，她终于在地上发现了一只瘫软的狗狗。牠奄奄一息，眼神空洞，几乎失去意识。
Anita 不敢贸然移动，只能默默守在牠身边。她回家带来了食物，也拿来一件衣服轻轻盖在狗狗身上，怕牠受寒。她告诉我们，这只狗应该是刚被遗弃的——因为附近居民根本没有人养狗。
接下来的几天，她看着狗狗的呼吸越来越弱，几乎微不可察，心急如焚的她赶紧在网上发帖求助。
最终，她联系上了我们。
我们第一时间赶往笨珍，将这只可怜又无助的狗狗带回园区，并在隔天送往兽医院。
🔬血检结果显示牠的肝指数与白血球严重偏高，
超声波检查进一步发现：胰脏严重发炎。
目前狗狗已经住院治疗，情况稳定中。
牠正经历一场独自承受的煎熬，我们愿意陪着牠，一步一步走向康复的路。

🌿 The Faint Groans That Shattered the Quiet 🐾
Just a few days ago, faint groans echoed from afar, breaking the stillness of a peaceful residential neighborhood.
Anita, a Malay woman living nearby, heard the weak cries coming from the nearby palm grove. As the afternoon sun lingered, she gathered her courage and ventured into the grove alone to investigate.
Step by step, she followed the sound—until she found a dog lying helplessly on the ground. He was barely breathing, his body limp and his eyes dull, as if drifting in and out of consciousness.
Afraid to move him recklessly, Anita chose to stay by his side. She returned home to get some food and brought a piece of clothing to gently cover him, worried he might catch a chill.
She told us she was certain the dog had just been abandoned—because no one in the area keeps dogs.
Over the next few days, she watched his breathing grow weaker and weaker—almost undetectable. Anxious and heartbroken, she posted online for help.
That’s when she reached out to us.
We rushed to Pontian and brought the poor, abandoned dog safely back to our shelter.
The very next day, we took him to the vet for a full medical check-up.
🔬 Blood tests showed elevated liver enzymes and white blood cell count.
Ultrasound revealed severe inflammation in his pancreas.
He has since been hospitalized and is under close care.
💔 This is a pain he had to endure all alone—but now, we’re here to walk with him on the long road to recovery.
