Updates On 4th May 2012

In May, Louis Ng drops by to tell us about his work in animal welfare and protection. Join us to hear about his experiences working with ACRES and the many struggles faced fighting for the rights of animals in Singapore.

We would like to invite you to our March session of U@live, a forum that showcases outstanding members of the NUS community who are working to make this a better world.

The event will be streamed live through a dedicated website (www.nus.edu.sg/ualive) and will also incorporate an interactive forum that allows users to post real time comments and questions to the speakers. The event will consist of a 10-minute talk by Mr. Ng, a 10-minute interview conducted by Mr. Viswa Sadasivan and a 40-minute Q&A session open to the live and online audience.

Details of the event are as follows:
Date: 23rd May 2012 (Wednesday)
Time: 7:30 pm 8:30 pm (Registration at 6:45pm, Cocktail reception after event)
