多大的节庆都好

护生工作真的是全年无休

相信很多爱心爸爸妈妈、动保人士们在这个新年里，也依旧每天忙忙碌碌的在打点毛孩子们的生活大小事 …. 对吧?

每一年的新年期间，我们都会比平常时候来得更更更忙碌 😖

因为配合兽医诊所没开，所有重症的猫狗都必须出院回园区，由我们亲自照顾，所以就算是除夕夜当天，或是初一、初二，大伙也一如往常，都要跨县进入园区照顾孩子们

救援和收留回来的猫咪、狗狗不可能一生都健康无病，尤其是上了年纪又生病的老毛孩，更是要花很多资源、人力和时间来照顾它们，尽力让它们晚年过得舒服些

每一年过节，也都特别战战兢兢，怕会有紧急的重伤案，因为都好难找到兽医啊啊啊

爱毛的朋友们应该也都这样吧，过个年都好不安心啊 😅

想对其他一样走在动保路上的朋友们说声，『 大家都辛苦了! 』

动保(动物保护)之路没有尽头，只求更多人的加入，只求通过教育，让社会上的好人多过恶人，弱势生命才能拥有一线希望

No matter what festival or public holiday, caring works are never stop being carried out every single day in shelter.

We believe that many stray caregivers are also busy taking care of the furkids every day in this New Year … right?

During the CNY every year, we will be busier and busier than usual 😖

Because the panel veterinary clinic is not open, all hospitalized severely ill cats and dogs must be discharged back to the shelter and we will take care of them personally. Therefore, even on New Year’s Eve, everyone will still need to enter the shelter and take care of the furkids.

The cats and dogs that are rescued and taken in are impossible to stay healthy all the time, especially the old and sick senior furkids, it takes a lot of resources, manpower and time to take care of them, so that they can live a more comfortable life at an old age.

Every year during the holidays, we are worried too, afraid that there will be an emergency serious injury case, as it is so difficult to find a vet during festival season.

There is no end to the road of animal protection. We can only asks for more kind people to join in, and pray that there are more good people than bad people in our society, so that all the vulnerable lives can have a glimmer of hope.

Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) is a non-profit organization and no-kill shelter that aims to improve welfare of strays and abandoned pets around Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Our four core missions are rescuing, re-homing, sterilization and increasing public awareness of pet ownership and responsibilities. Currently, we are caring for approximately 700 abandoned animals in our shelter located at Lima Kedai.
