How to look the other way even when we are struggling? We are yet to raise enough funds to cover our expenses when come across these cases. First it was Garang and now this dog. Feeder could not admit it at Gasing because of a lack of funds. She turned to us for help and dog is now admitted. We have paid RM2,000 with some of the money raised for our bills. We have temporarily named dog Klang. It tested negative for distemper and so the jerking could be due to head injuries. We now need to raise funds to pay the bills for these two dogs as well as urgently buy rice for our 400+ dogs. Please help if you are able to…

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
