Over two transformative days, 19 Roots & Shoots Malaysia volunteers and alumni came together to gain practical, real-world skills in project management, interpersonal communication, and media — all designed to empower youth to lead impactful sustainability initiatives. 🌱🌍

This immersive course combined **experiential learning with real-life challenges, equipping participants to:

✅ Plan and execute sustainability projects with confidence

✅ Communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and lead with emotional intelligence

✅ Craft compelling digital stories and manage public relations to amplify their impact
