Chih huahua is the second dog abandoned at the guard post where our volunteer stays - in Puchong. we suspect someone is stealing dogs and trying to sell them . probably failed to get a buyer and had to start abandoning these poor kids . Pls help find the owner, we have sent this boy to castrate at St Angels veterinary clinic. he will be up for adoption if no one comes forward
