PetFinder.my has partnered with Eukanuba and IAMS to provide adopters with an attractive Starter Pack to encourage pet adoptions.
Pets adopted from qualified rescuers would be eligible for the Starter Pack - a 3Kg pack for dogs, and 5.7Lbs pack for cats. When you have adopted a pet from the qualified rescuer, please ensure that the rescuer updates their pet profile to Adopted status, and enter your Name and Email as the Adopter accordingly.
We will email you instructions on generating the Voucher, then printing it out to redeem the item from
participating retail outlets. Please read through our
Terms & Conditions before redemption.
Please note that the Starter Pack program has been paused by Eukanuba / Iams effective October 2nd, 2016.

Terms & Conditions
- Each PetFinder.my pet adoption profile is limited to One (1) Starter Pack only, even if there are multiple animals within the profile
- Each qualified pet may only redeem One (1) Starter Pack, even if pet is returned thereafter for subsequent adoption
- Adopter must produce I/C or Passport that matches the printed copy on Voucher for verification
- Adopter/rescuer will be blacklisted if found to abuse system or make fraudulent redemptions
- Please contact participating outlet to verify if Starter Pack is available before proceeding there
- Starter Pack may only be collected by the Adopter personally
- Voucher may only be used within its validity period
How Do I Become A Qualified Rescuer?
PetFinder.my continually assesses rescuers and qualify them based on numerous criteria, such as:
- You would need to be a member of PetFinder.my for at least 6 months
- You must have at least 5 successfully rehomed pet profiles in the PetFinder.my system
- Your pets must be spayed/neutered before being put up for adoption
Our system automatically activates qualified rescuers. To check, view your pet profile for adoption and see if it indicates a Starter Pack available. If it is not available and you believe that you qualify, please
contact us for further information. Please note that the approval of qualified rescuers are at the sole discretion of PetFinder.my.
