She has been abandoned in front of SPCA Penang and was rescued out from SPCA Penang by a kind lady. However due to her frequent business travelling to overseas, the kind lady has boarded this pity Shih Tzu in a vet for almost 8 months by now. We are helping this pity Shih Tzu to find a forever loving home to spend her remaining of life.
