I have been a member of Independent Pet Adoption Network for 9 years. We are a bunch of individuals who do what we can to rescue, neuter and either release or find homes for abandoned and stray cats and dogs. We do what we can, operating out of our own homes. We are always looking for loving homes for cats and dogs - free of charge, and for people who could foster for a short while until we find the animals permanent homes.
