Yesterday, we invited Coach Shahira, an Accountant, to conduct a full-day financial literacy workshop.
We learned about the importance of registering our business with SSM. We learned the basic financial processes, cost calculation, basic bookkeeping, and personal financial management.
We thank Yayasan Hasanah for supporting this capacity building programme that enabled 20 women to learn to take charge of their finances :)

We've Just Produced Our First 100 Turtle-Inspired ..

We've just produced our first 100 turtle-inspired lanyards :) A big shout-out to these three ladies who produced the prototypes, from left, Eyka, Kak Na and Kak Cha.
Our lanyards are 18" in length and 1" in width. We've made them in multiple colours so you can mix-and-match it with your outfit of the day.

We Are Grateful For These Students, Who Despite Th..

We are grateful for these students, who despite the busy schedules, still managed to raise funds for TCS in February! Raising more than RM11,000 for a non-profit is no small feat, especially to those who don't have prior fundraising experience :) Thank you to teams Terra Warriors, the Koopas Troopas and Terrapin Heroes!
Our appreciation also goes to First Steps for Wildlife (FSW) for initiating this Fundraising Challenge!

The Malayan softshell turtle has four distinct spots on its carapace.
.
They prefer to live in the clean running water which is found in rocky streams at higher elevations.
.
Similar to other softshell turtles, the Malayan softshell are primarily carnivorous and practices ambush feeding. Their diet includes snails and other molluscs, crushing their shells with its powerful jaws.
