This morning we went to Setapak dog trapping . Nicole contacted us for help to trap a very elusive female dog that she has been feeding. Nicole had tried quite a few times to get her but to no avail.
The dog is very alert ,whenever she hears someone is around, she would run away. So we set up our enclosure to get her used to eating inside. On Wednesday morning, we went back to Sunway dog catching and we managed to get 3 male dogs Chalvi has been feeding.
There was an old guard house which we could use as a trap to lure them in and cornered them into cages. There are still many dogs there to get for neutering and Chalvi can’t afford to sponsor them all, we need your generosity to help sponsor these dogs. The neutering cost for one male dog is Rm310. On Monday Afternoon, We Responded To Gary Who Feed..

On Monday afternoon, we responded to Gary who feeds some strays at Rawang, asking for help to get the female dogs first for spaying. With the help of some workers there, it was a piece of cake getting them into cages. This round only these three female dogs turned up, we will go back for more later.

Yesterday morning we went over to Kampung Batu Belah dog catching, these dogs have been fed by Mdm Puspa for sometime. From 1-2 dogs becomes 8-10 dogs. To stop this addition , neutering is the best method.

These are the receipts of cat and dog food, medical and others for the expenditures in June 2024. The total is Rm14,132.07 ( including salary for a caretakers at Janda Baik Rm3,100 and Rm1,500 at cattery Rawang ). The balance of the expenditure from the previous months is Rm43,346.28 Now the grand total is Rm57,478.35

This morning we went to general hospital KL dog trapping. Siew contacted us for help to catch and neuter this male dog that he feeds. Since the dog would go to him in a close proximity, we just set up a small enclosure to lure him him so we could corner him into a cage.

Yesterday , we went over to Old Klang Road dog catching. Ms Lok has been feeding these 4 female dogs for sometime and they have been giving birth to pups a few times but they all didn’t get the chance to grow up as dogs.

Last Thursday, we went over to Sunway responding to Chalvi’s call for help to catch and neuter some dogs that she has been feeding. Due to the fact that a cable tie gave way, a dog managed to escape the enclosure. We only managed to get one female dog with the help from Chalvi. We had to call it a wrap as it was getting dark and our panel clinic was closing.

A Week Or Two Prior, We Parked This Enclosure At A..

A week or two prior, we parked this enclosure at Setia Alam where Ms Parvin feeds three stray dogs ( the mother dog with her 2 young, a male and a female ) to get them used to eating inside. This morning before we arrived at the scene, Parvin has lured them into the enclosure and closed the gate. After about 15 minutes, we arrived and cornered them into cages.

Thanks so much to all the donors, we have collected Rm11,470 , we still need Rm44,4416.28 to cover all the bills. This is also due to a single very generous donor who has been donating in large amount every month, we can’t just rely on one or a few donors every time. Please find it in your heart to contribute so we can clear these debts , they are piling up and we are not sure what will happen ! We just go on by faith. We are praying for miracles. The owner didn’t spay the mother dog, and she ran out of the house. She accidentally got pregnant and gave birth to a few puppies. Her siblings have all been adopted by good families, but she is the only one left who is still searching for her forever home.
The owner still insists that he is going to send her to PAWS if she doesn’t get adopted soon, even though we have told him they will put her to sleep😔

Yesterday evening, we responded to Jane on help to catch some dogs that she has been feeding at Cheras for neutering.
Jane started to lure the dogs into the enclosure but the targeted female dogs didn’t go in and eat , only the alpha male dog then followed by the pups.
Just when we were about to call it off, suddenly this female dog went in and ate, that’s when we quickly sneaked up on her and closed the gate. And the rest is history.
