Gunung Lesong National Park (GLNP) in Sarawak is situated within the Pantu and Lingga sub-districts. It was gazetted by the state government in 2013 with the size of 595ha.
The park has three major forest types namely mixed dipterocarp, secondary and kerangas forests; and patches of peat forests. These forests are important as they are home to some orangutans.

SIBLING KITTENS RESCUED
This morning, two kittens were caught in a rat glue trap that was placed by a pest control company at an industrial factory in Yishun. SPCA was notified by the building’s security management who kept the kitties sheltered from the sun while waiting for us to arrive!
