ISPCA have made a great step forward today.
ISPCS together with 15 district governments (PBT) of Perak, veterinary doctors of Taiping zoo and Perak's Department of Veteriney Service (DVS) had a discussion on Trap-Neuter-Release -Management (TNR.M) programme.
This agenda of the meeting was to understand the implementation, how to effectively implement it and the means of collaboration with all relevant parties with one aim which is to humanely resolve the over population issue of strays.

"Salam! People call me 'Denver'. I was bored with 4 legs until someone chop-off my right hind leg. Although I'm classified as 'handicapped', that doesn't deter me from living the fullest in my life. I was devastated when I lost my leg, but now I'm a happy 5-year-old boy.
I can change your life in a big way too! If you give me a chance, I can give you advices. I survived obstacles, I plucked myself up. I will always be there, listening to your pourings."

Karen contacted us for help to catch and neuter some cats she has been feeding near PJ Hilton. Those friendly ones, she has sent them for neutering on her own. These are the feral ones that can’t be touched. We went there yesterday in hope to get some cats but we managed to get only this male cat, it rained soon after we arrived at the venue.
