I thought Ginger was the expert at hunger strikes.
But I think this takes the cake….
I don’t know exactly what precipitated this situation today, but it could be one of six things:
(1) me changing the schedule of giving Pole and Cleo Pronefra (from night time to this morning)
(2) me feeding Bunny Cubgrub’s Quail (which so far, only Ginger and Bunny eats – the rest say it’s not food)

Spca Rehomed Almost 400 Rescued Animals In 2019, A..

SPCA rehomed almost 400 rescued animals in 2019, and also neutered more than 3,600 cats and dogs. Every month, we care for 150 cats, kittens,dogs and puppies in our centre. Our staff also attend to more than 50 animal-in-distress reports monthly!

Neutering Aid For 2 Cats In Seputeh, KL (Koo Chooi May’s)

We have provided an aid of RM200 for the neutering of these 2 cats.
Ms Koo is a new applicant.
I found Soya (green eyes) and Dou Hua (green and blue eye) in Seputeh where I stay, in an alley with few stray cats. After surgery, I bring them home and take care for few days to monitor the scar. And then put them back to the alley where they can stay with their cats together.
I’m feeding the cats everyday after work, if there is any injury or they fall sick, I will bring them to the vet nearb...

These Four Cats 3 Females And 1 Male Were Rescued ..

These four cats ( 3 females and 1 male ) were rescued by us when they were smaller.
1st picture - she was rescued at a traffic light junction at KL Sentral during a downpour.
2nd & 3rd pictures - these two were dumped at a wet market in Kepong when they were just few days old. We had to hand feed them with milk bottle. There were three but the time we knew about it, we could only find these two. Not sure what happened to their sibling.

Update on the accident pup at Batu Caves from our panel vet :
“ Hi , this is regarding Lucky, the pup. He has fractures on the right hindlimb and pelvic . But so far there are reflexes on both limbs and tail. He’s able to urinate. So we put bandage on the fractured limb and wound dressing daily. Appetite is normal. Thank you. “
Looks like he will have to spend sometime at the clinic recuperating.

Despite being born with a curved paw, Abby has never let it stop her from walking and jumping on to her favourite cozy spots. She is really an intelligent and gentle lady cat. Though sometimes she gets annoyed by other cats, she has never been too harsh on them and still love to be adored by humans.

Last Month, Cheetah Was Dumbed Along With His Sibl..

Last month, Cheetah was dumbed along with his sibling, Snow Leopard. Fortunately, they are currently in good hands as they are being fostered by a kind family. Despite being dumped, their characters have brightened up and they have became so sweet.
