This poor female stray was always under threat of being beaten by some unscrupulous people at Taman Daya Kepong. She would hide under a container most of the time. Unfortunately, one day, her feeder informed us that she was caught by the local council and we bailed her out. One of our members took her in. After about a week, she started to reject food. Summer was found together with her mother and 4 siblings in a farm in Linggi that was not well-maintained. Unfortunately, both the mother and her brother passed away due to Parvo-virus. Summer was fortunate to be one of the unaffected one. Currently recuperating in my place. Will let her back in the farm once she is well, but will still continue to feed her.

We have provided an aid of RM300 for the neutering of these 2 dogs.
Mr Lim has provided photos of the previous dogs whose neutering was aided by us. Two have been adopted.
2 female dogs spayed on 10th Sept. 2019.1 was found abandoned at a parking lot. The other was rescued from a busy main road. Looking for a home for them.

While we aim to protect ourselves from the haze, don’t forget our animal friends’ well-being!
Most of us would grab our N95 masks during this season, but please don’t make your pet wear one too. Our vets advise against doing so because obscuring their mouths with masks might prevent heat from being dispelled and cause a heat stroke.
