Vincent’s Meal Menu 20th Feb 2019, by AnimalCare
In the last two days, Vincent wasn’t too keen on his food.
He ate, but he was able to make me realise (I don’t know how, but he has this ability) that he wanted something else.
Finally, it dawned on me this morning – I knew what he wanted!
Raw chicken fillet!!
Yes, I was so sure of it. So after work today, I went to buy some.
More, please?
All in, he ate up half a pack of the chicken fillet. That’s enough for now, Vincent.
Besides this, Vincent still loves raw chic...

We Lost The “Battle Of The Hole” 20th Feb 2019, by AnimalCare
It’s been ongoing for months now.
It was exactly one year ago (just before CNY last year) that Cow, Bunny and Indy were exiled to the pantry because they were spraying so much in the room and I had the severe backache where I could not even bend in the slightest, what more bend down to wipe the sprays.
Note: My backache was completely cured after 2 weeks of Stretch Therapy. What a miracle!
Anyway, Indy very quickly found that he could scale the netting and come in, BUT he knew he had to be...

The Ear-Notching Policy Stays 20th Feb 2019, by AnimalCare
There has been a significant drop in the number of neutering claims for this month. We figured it could be due to three factors:
(1) The Chinese New Year break.
(2) The “graduation” of long-time applicants and the banning of those who were found to be dishonest and rude.
(3) The requirement of ear-notching for female animals.

This requirement for ear-notching was to be in place even as far back as Day One but we did not do it then, partly becaus...

More From Sylwia On The Cats Awaiting Homes. I Thi.. 19th Feb 2019, by SPCA Penang
More from Sylwia on the cats awaiting homes:
I think Goldie knows what home means very well. Don't know her history, but she likes being stroked, being hugged and is patient. She is very friendly, calm and silent, well mannered. She can play on her own, but prefers playing with people. She loves to come to you to have her fur stroked. So cute!
Hope she will find new home very soon, she looks disoriented in the shelter.
