Please be informed that with the current culling of free roaming dogs and cats by the councils, the animals caught are not brought into our shelter.
Kindly contact respective councils, Department of Veteterinary Services, or TaliKhidmat to claim your pet/s.

KUCHING: Sarawak Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SSPCA) is urging local councils not to capture stray dogs that have undergone the CNVR (Capture, Neuter, Vaccinate and Return) programme as they pose no threat and act as deterrent for unvaccinated dogs from entering their territory.

Dear Dr Chan,
I’m writing to apply neutering aid for a stray female kitten approximately 8 months old. She’s a child to one of a stray cat which I previously brought to spay.
I brought the kitten to spay on 23/12, she caught a cold while recovering, so I’m taking care of her now and planning to find an adopter.
