We have sponsored RM200 for the neutering of these 2 dogs.
Dear Dr Chan,
I am writing to you for the above purpose.
Background:
I have been feeding a pack of stray dogs (see attached photos) for more than 6 months.During that time, I had posted up the photo of the 2 puppies (siblings) to rehome.

In Loving Memory Of Daffodil, The Cat-Mother-Of-The-Year 12th Sep 2017, by AnimalCare
There are so, so many sweet memories of Daffodil, but most significant of all would be her extraordinary devotion as a mother to Rosie and Ginger, taking care of them so lovingly throughout her entire life, literally.
She also trained them to be “well-mannered” (that’s just me humanising), but she did.
These photos were taken just last week and I hadn’t even got down to publishing them, but here they are…
The famous Bird Family welcoming committee, whether it&rsq...

Farewell, Dearest Daffodil 12th Sep 2017, by AnimalCare
Our dearest Daffodil passed away peacefully this morning, at about 7am.
Much as it is very painful to lose a beloved family member, we are seeking comfort in the fact that Daffodil was happy and comfortable until the very end. As her vet said (when I informed him this morning), Daffodil didn’t seem to be in pain at all, despite her illness. Still so happy and healthy when he last saw her on Sunday.
Her passing was also very peaceful.
The only sign of her deterioration was yesterday when ...

Do you talk to your dog? All the time? It just not the simple commands such as 'sit' and 'stay' but rather talking to your dog, you know, as if your dog were a person.
Dogs understand what some human words mean, according to a study in Hungary, published in the prestigious journal 'Science'.
They discovered that dogs’ brains process language in a similar way to humans, with the right side dealing with emotion and the left processing meaning.
It was only when both sides of the brain agreed...

GREAT START FOR ROMANIAN DOGS THANKS TO YOU!
Construction began at the new Teddy Alex Shelter in Romania thanks to our matching grant in August. Just look at the amazing progress that has taken place so far.
Due to escalating rent and problems with neighbors who do not like dogs, the shelter needs to be moved. This time the land will be permanently owned and the rescue center will have long-sought stability in its new location on the outskirts of the community. It is a true race against the w...

Daffodil’s Little Up-And-Down Moments 11th Sep 2017, by AnimalCare
We took Daffodil to the vet yesterday.
She hadn’t been looking or feeling that good for the past few days. There has been some weight loss as well (300 grams over a few weeks). She is only 2.5kg now. Her weight used to be 2.8kg.
I was very worried the past few days too. She seemed to be deteriorating. Two days ago, she vomited her food and then, refused to eat for half a day. Thank goodness, she felt better by evening and she started eating again.
Yesterday, both vets examined Daffo...

What’s Up, Mr Zurik? 11th Sep 2017, by AnimalCare
Today, I saw Mr Zurik entertaining one of the new cats in our porch!
Yes, it’s one of those cats from a neighbouring house who has been trying to join our porch community (which currently, only consists of one Mr Zurik). This cat has a blue collar too.
Mr Zurik was chatting with the cat and when I drove in, the cat ran off.
Hey, Mr Z.
I think his “other” food source is available again now. He just takes courtesy meals and isn’t hungry. But he’s here at our porch ...
