Our Inspector responded to a distress call and upon inspection, he found this poor dog chained to the walled fence without shade. Spca reported to DVS who will investigate under Sec 44 of The Animal Act because the new Animal Act 2015 will only be enforceable in June 2017. Sec 24 of new AWA clearly states the 'DUTIES OF OWNER' and it would appear this owner can be fined rm 15-75k! 😡😡

Rosie And The Hole In Her Neck

Really…we noticed a HOLE in her neck a few days ago. There were some blood stains, and that’s what drew our attention to it.
When we parted her fur, oh my goodness…there was a hole in her neck!
However, she didn’t seemed disturbed by it at all.
It was like, “Hmm…what?”
She even allowed us to clean it with Hibiscrub, then applied Povidone Iodine. I swear by these two old-school meds nowadays. It works for butt-wounds as well. And works so ...

What kind of person ties their puppy outside the WHOLE DAY IN THE SUN AND RAIN? Without even a bowl of water ?
This heartless owner can be prosecuted under section 24 of the NEW ANIMAL WELFARE ACT 2015 and friend between rm 15-75k! Bad owners beware we will report you to DVS who will not hesitate to prosecute you! 😡😡😡
