A few days ago, there were five puppies being abandoned in front of ISPCA gate.
our hopes :
1) public will not abandon their pets or any rescued animals, especially to ISPCA shelter area as there are quite a number of monitor lizards nearby.
2) Resources, manpower, food and place not enough.

We found her nearby our factory when she was about 1-2 month old and without together with her mother, so we decided to adopt her since she was pity.
