Lately, there had been a few sporo cases again; caregivers writing in to ask for help, but we hadn’t received updates from them so there is no story to share.

SWIM CHALLENGE COMPLETE!
Cheers to the swim team and the amazing volunteers! Apart from the slight lightning interruption on Thursday, the swim team swam continuously, attempting to max out the number of laps.

A P1 LEARNING JOURNEY TO THE AWRC!
This month, we are receiving the Primary 1 pupils of Boon Lay Garden Primary School at the ACRES Wildlife Rescue Centre (AWRC), to bring them on a Learning Journey towards caring for animals. These young boys and girls are not little at all when it comes to learning!

NATIVE WILDLIFE RESCUE ROUNDUP: 31st JULY 2015
1. Razor (top left), an insectivorous bat, was spotted resting in the same spot for a couple of days, possibly stranded within a contained environment. Thanks go to the concerned member of public who called us to help Razor. Following some rest and gulping a lot of fluids, Razor could not wait to fly away soon after sunset!
