Can you spot the cat?
Stuck on a ledge on the eighth storey of Block 357, Tampines Street 33, this white cat was fortunate enough to be spotted by a concerned member of the public. Our Animal Rescue Officer rushed to the scene and got the frightened feline out of danger, bringing it back with him to our shelter. Fortunately, kitty is safe and did not suffer any injuries. Koo’s Weekend Adoptions!

Koo had a very fruitful weekend with adoptions! We rejoice with his success in getting good homes for his rescued animals. Any animal taken off the street into a loving home is always welcomed news.

How A Dog's Name Is Used

We often use our dog's name in a way that doesn't quite encourage it to respond - we use its name as a verbal reprimand when the dog has misbehaved; we repeat it over and over again, essentially teaching the dog to tune out our nagging voice. If we want to build a quick response and get our dog's undivided attention when we call their name, the dog's name must always be associated with something rewarding.
