We were thrilled to have students from the Photography Club of Maris Stella High ( Secondary ) visit the SPCA today. They came armed with their cameras to take pictures of the animals which they will use to raise funds and create awareness for the animals in their school. Three barks for the boys!!!!

Sobs…was It A Cobra?

There are no photos in this post, so you can read on without fear. Yesterday, we found a dead (already hardened) snake carcass in the patio. We figured the cats must have brought it in as a “food offering”: http://myanimalcare.org/2013/03/ 21/34752/
So far, three sources have identified it to be most likely a cobra. One source said it may even be a python.

Female Stray With TVT Need Urgent Attention

[Appeal from SOS]The medical bill of this girl is causing a BOMB as she needs a lot of boosters to help strengthen her immune system and her daily expenses in the clinic cost RM90/day including all her medications and vitamins. To my relief, Indy has NOT tried another escape…so far. I think he has learnt that it’s not possible to use that escape route anymore, what with his trimmed nails and the removal of that “launching pad” shelf.
Still, we decided to let the three non-Cow Family members have a breath of fresh air outside the room. They must be pretty stressed out inside always under the intimidation of Cow & Bunny.
