Two Rescued Dogs Adopted! (Koo’s)

Koo got two dogs adopted recently – Casper by Christina of Subang Jaya and Gugu by a family in TTDI.

The First RM300 For Blackey (Sha’s)

We have just transferred the first RM300 (from Sau Yee and Alida Mahyuddin) to Sha (Wan Rozima) to start Blackey off on her sporo treatment in Kedah. We are confident the vet in Kedah will do all he can to help Blackey heal.
Sporotrichosis is a treatable disease and does not have to be a death sentence unless it is in a very, very bad or late stage where the body cannot heal anymore and medication cannot help. Even then, we can still try.

PURINA PET FOOD WARNING: I've just received word that there may be a serious problem with some Purina pet food and some pets have died. This is brand new information and we have no corroboration at this time, but in the event that there is real and present danger, I would not want to have sat on this news. If you do buy Purina pet products, perhaps consider a temporary alternative.

Celebrations aside, there is no time to rest. For the last few hours, I have been communicating with Melvin Yong, who called me this evening regarding an injured cat that needs help.
Melvin only managed to give me this much information about the cat’s condition:
The cat is around 3 years of age.
Injuries sustained
• Swollen L2-L7 which led to a nerve injury in which resulted in a
malfunction bladder. Cat is not able to empty its bladder and the
