VOLUNTEER TO HELP US SELL FINE ART
We're hoping that perhaps one of our Facebook fans may have expertise and experience in selling fine art. One of our supporters named Yvette has very, very generously donated this Erté (Romain de Tirtoff) Byzantine, 1987 lithograph which belonged to her mother. The lithograph came over by ship from South Africa and is now in Texas with our supporter. Yvette had the art professionally appraised at $5,150.
If anyone out there is able to volunteer their time ...

If we didn't know better, we'd swear that Dr. Osman has supernatural powers. He seems to float from one place to the next, instantly appearing by the side of animals who are very ill. One moment he's dressed in scrubs and leaning over the exam table to check the temperature of a street cat brought in with a bacterial infection. An hour later, you'll find him on his knees by the side of the road, gentl...

THANK YOU HEROES!
The Maine Warden Service and the Skowhegan Fire Department went out onto the Kennebec River to save a deer who fell through thin ice. The team stayed with the deer for a while, drying and warming her until they felt confident that she was fine. The deer walked away from the crew and they have every hope that she will be just fine. What do you think everyone?
