On Saturday 15th February, Soi Dog Australia held a highway collection to raise money to help the dogs and cats of Thailand. Thanks to dedicated volunteers a massive $2155 was collected from motorists. This combined with an additional $1000 donation from Central Wealth in Melbourne and $600 from Ryan Road Child Care Centre in Pakenham, a grand total of $3755 was raised! “Zepellin” needs a whole lotta love… Zepellin is a very sweet, polite boy which is amazing considering what he has been through. He came to our mobile clinic as somebody had tied his scrotum with string so tightly it had cut off the blood supply. We can only imagine the pain this poor boy must have been in… Despite all this he has a soft and gentle personality, and loves attention and walks from the volunteers.
