Last Week, We Had The Honour Of Hosting H. E. Char..

Last week, we had the honour of hosting H. E. Charles Hay, the British High Commissioner to Malaysia at our River Terrapin Conservation Centre.
H. E. Charles was on an official visit to Terengganu, and had made the first pit-stop in Kemaman.
We provided H. E. Charles an introduction to our terrapin conservation efforts as well as our women empowerment initiative that supports and empowers the local women to be financially independent.

Turtles are more likely to mistake plastics for jellyfish, and recent study showed that microplastics are found in human bloodstream.
Over the next ten years, the amount of marine plastics will double up the ocean if we do not act today.
