Andy brought little Baggy for a check-up today and I met them at the vet’s.

Baggy’s weight remained stable at 2.85kg. She is still anaemic, which was expected, as she is FeLV+ and it would definitely take time for her to build back her health. Lovely was a stray around my area. My neighbours and I took her in about mid-July for spaying. After getting to know her better, we find that we do not have the heart to release her back to her street because she is absolutely adorable. Our wonderful youths strike again! Class 4G2 of Fairfield Methodist School (Secondary) sold cookies to raise funds for the animals. They collected a princely sum of $500 and 3 student reps and their super supportive teacher, Mr Chua personally come down to the SPCA to hand over the donation. You guys are truly amazing. SAVED FROM THE DOG MEAT TRADE & WAITING TO FLY TO UK!

These are the latest photos of the dogs that were saved from the Illegal Dog Meat Trade & who are now residing at our Phuket shelter awaiting flights to the UK, where they have homes waiting for them. They are all beautiful, friendly dogs & will make great pets. It is so nice to see them happy & safe & we will be relieved to see them finally meet their new families.
