Recently, we’ve had a spate of incompletely filled forms coming in. So, please treat this as an appeal from us to all applicants to PLEASE fill up all details before submitting your forms so that we do not have to write emails or make phonecalls to ask for your details. We want to pay out the subsidies as soon as possible and it does not help if your forms are not filled up properly.

Spay-Neuter Subsidy For 3 Indah Water Dogs (Ah Fatt’s) 3rd Sep 2012, by AnimalCare
We have subsidised RM340 for the spaying of 2 female dogs and 1 male dog rescued by Then Lai Fatt (a.k.a. Ah Fatt). These three are from the Indah Water facility. One more dog was rescued and he was found to be paralysed. Even after treatment for many weeks, he failed to recover. His condition deteriorated and he finally passed away.
These 3 dogs are currently still with Ah Fatt.
This subsidy is from our Medical Fund and from Maria O’Connell.
