World Sea Turtle Day celebration aimed to highlight the importance of conserving the sea turtles. Abby is a 1-year old community cat we rescued from Punggol in March. She was suspected to have fallen off from a high-rise building, which caused internal bleeding.

According to a report in The Star in February 2020, most of our plastics are dumped, a small portion burnt and a very tiny fraction (2% in 2013) recycled. We imported nearly half a million tonnes of plastic waste in the first half of 2018. Much of our dumped plastics find their way to the oceans.

3 kittens were left in a carton box at our gate 8 months ago. It was a heavy downpour the night before. Cold, scared, and hungry, they were immediately brought into our shelter when our staff reported for duty. 'Lonely' is the only sibling left.

Penjenayah kes seret anak anjing di Kota Bharu Kelantan pada 26 April 2020 lalu telah dijatuhkan hukuman Denda sebanyak RM25,000.00 atau penjara 4 bulan atas kesalahan mendatangkan cedera kepada anjing.
Pelaku bernama Ibrahim Hamat berusia 51 tahun melakukan kezaliman dengan sengaja dan hanya melepaskan anak anjing setelah menerima bayaran daripada penyelamat.
Anjing kini selamat dan diadopt oleh pihak lain.
