Vera also took care of Sandy likewise.

This was taken last night, after being forcefed. Pole is not happy. But the vet said forcefeeding is very necessary for Pole’s case because she has gastritis.
But late last night, she was willing to lick some wetfood off my finger. Small steps..
This morning, at 5am, believe it or not, I managed to feed her the Sucralfate (gastric medicine). I wrapped the tablet in bread, prised her mouth open and plonked it in!! Of course she resisted. But we managed it! After that, it was the Omeprazol...

We will never forget Feb 27, 2014.
We received word on that day that a German man living here had asked his friend in London to contact us for help with his dogs. He had run out of money and was about to be evicted from his rented house in Bukit Jalil.
The local council was also supposed to come on that day to seize his dogs due to complaints from the neighbours.
He also told his friend in the email that he had only RM4 in his pocket, some rice some meat dust in the fridge.
The German man al...

Thick Cable Wire Snares, Spent Bullet Casings, Cag.. 22nd Apr 2020, by WWF Malaysia

.
In illegal wildlife markets, every part of the tiger is for sale, from whisker to tail - in the name of the mystical belief that owning, wearing or consuming tiger parts can give power and protection to the buyer....

Pole To The Vet’s (severe Gastritis) 22nd Apr 2020, by AnimalCare
Pole did not eat on Monday’s night. I thought it was a one-off case, so I let her be.
But on Tuesday morning, she also did not eat, and subsequently, she did not eat the whole of Tuesday. By afternoon, I had contacted the vet but appointments were fully booked.
So I made an appointment for this morning.
Last Thursday, Pole vomited twice. I gave her Omeprazole and that helped and I continued with Omeprazole for 3 days just to be sure.
But last night, she vomited again (no food came out beca...

HAPPY TALES x MILA: ADOPTED BY THE RANSOMES
"We adopted Dark (now called Mila) from the SPCA in September 2019. She was placed for adoption with her sister and was a very popular choice with many potential adopters queuing up for her. She is sweet and loving, quite cheeky, and has captivating hazel eyes and a beautiful brown coat!
We realised early on that she needed help with managing her behaviour e.g. to not jump onto the nearest person for cuddles. With training classes, she is improvin...
