Some breeds are more susceptible than others—large dogs, dogs with short faces such as bulldogs and boxers, and overweight or long-coated dogs are most at risk—but every dog has the potential to suffer from heatstrok...

Vaccination Aid For 1 Cat In Pandan Indah (Farah Diana Bt Abdul Fuad’s) 28th May 2019, by AnimalCare
We have provided an aid of RM25 for the vaccination of this cat.
Ms Farah applied for two cats, but we were unable to provide our aid for the other cat (Zeus, whose first vaccination we aided in) because the booster was done 6 weeks after the first vaccination. Our policies state clearly that the interval between the two vaccinations must be not more than 30 days. The reason Zeus was vaccinated two weeks late is that he was neutered when he was supposed to be vaccinated. We understan...

Last Male Sumatran Rhino In Malaysia Dies 28th May 2019, by WWF Malaysia
"Tam's death underscores how critically important the collaborative efforts driving the Sumatran Rhino Rescue project are," said WWF Wildlife Practice Leader, Margaret Kinnaird.

Her transfer to a new breeding facility in Kelian was so important, she was provided with a police escort and mudslide-clearing bulldoz...

In caring for rescued animals, we always suggest to keep it at a manageable level so that caregivers do not inadvertently suffer from burn-out.
Some caregivers do not know when to stop or say “no”. They keep taking in more and more animals and this can lead to burn-out or worse, hoarding.
Do not suffer from burn-out because if you do, there would be no one to look after t...
