$1,000 REWARD
This morning at approximately 9.30 am to 10.00 am, two cats; a ginger/white and a tabby, were found dead in the vicinity of blocks 134 and 133, Yishun Street 11.
We are offering a $1,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person/s responsible for this act.
Anyone with information in relation to this case can call our 24-hour hotline at 6287 5355 (ext. 9), or e-mail inspector@spca.org.sg.

You may have read the post by former SPCA volunteer Jermaine on Facebook on 22 October. My staff and I were saddened to read her comments. Jermaine has done much for the SPCA and the animals over the years, and was considered a valuable member of the team. We thank her for her past and ongoing efforts for animal welfare. We have begun building wooden 'shields' to keep snow and wind from blasting through the kennels this winter. And we're building wooden shelters to go inside each kennel. BROWN BAG LUNCH FRIDAY TO FEED THE ANIMALS?
Would some of our Facebook friends be willing to skip dining out on Friday and instead donate a few dollars to our food drive for the animals? We are about 2/3rds of the way to our goal now with about $4,805 to go. On Halloween, we need to send enough funds to rescue squads and street-feeding volunteers to serve 71,000+ meals to rescued & homeless animals throughout November.
