Tiger’s 3rd Acupuncture Session

Today was Tiger’s third acupuncture session.
Nine needles today.
We were advised to find a good supplement for Tiger’s liver too. Today, the acupuncture was for the liver points as well. There is a point on the head where the blockage is cleared today (previously it was blocked).
Home after the treatment, with family support!
This morning, I braved myself and managed to change Tiger’s tshirt without any episode. Phew!

CAT RESCUED FROM TREE
We were notified by members of the public yesterday about a cat that was on a tree at Ho Ching Road and that the cat had been on the tree overnight. Seeing that it required some assistance with getting down from the tree, our animal rescue officer, Daniel, with the help of a long cast bar assisted the cat safely and carefully onto the ground.

Abandoned After An Accident
Bear met with an accident and was abandoned while he was still in pain. Fortunately, that is all behind him now.
He's at home with his new loving family that understands love doesn't come from Bear's eyes, but from his big ol' heart.
Pets are not "throw away when broken" — when a family member is brought home, we promise to love and care for them regardless of what happens in between until their last breath.

JUVENILE SQUIRREL ENJOYING SOME FALLEN FLOWERS
Not only do we rescue wild animals, but certain areas at the ACRES Wildlife Rescue Centre (AWRC) also provide a haven for native wildlife.
We recently spotted a juvenile squirrel enjoying some fallen flowers from our banana plants. We had to maintain some distance so as to not frighten her away, but we managed to capture this short video clip.
