Aqua Pets Day 2 19th Sep 2015, by AnimalCare
There were slightly more visitors today, being a Saturday.
For us, it was more for education and letting know rescuers what we offer, ie. our neutering aid. Many were unaware of our aid, being a new crowd, so the exposure is good.
Jelissa was our teenage ambassador and volunteer for today.
Mary was with me from the start till we finished and that’s a big help.

The puppies are getting more and more confident and curious about everything in their new home. Today they got their first vaccine so they are on their way to a healthy and happy life. There are some new development in Rabies cases
(1) Penang
This morning when the DVS officer visited our shelter, we have ask and they confirmed that There is NO HUMAN diagnosed with Rabies so far. The two patients are still under evaluayion by KMM. The dogs that bite them are diagnose positive with Rabies not the two patients.
Anyway, we have also written to KKM asking for the press release on 18 Sep 2015 to verify and yet to receive any response.
