Her name is Sonia, she had a family before she came into SPCA.
Her family did't want to pay for her medication and she was probably neglected. She was covered in ticks, and had a massive bleeding growth on her face.
We sent her to a private vet for thorough checkup. The blood test results came back; she's anemic with low platelets, tick fever is suspected. She is now under medication for tick fever, and will undergo surgery to remove the growth after.
She will need a good home after her recove...

SPCA SEBERANG PERAI will be holding our Pet Adoption Day at Autocity (in front of Shop-In D'Park) on 4th April 2015 from 7pm to 10pm.

Earth Hour 2015 In Selangor 2nd Apr 2015, by WWF Malaysia
Earth Hour in Selangor was celebrated in Sunway Pyramid with a night walk to raise awareness on the need to change climate change this 2015.
A unique energy free “step style” flash mob accompanied by drummers was performed by volunteer dancers, and the night walk participants were accompanied by unicyclists and jugglers that glowed in the dark.

Oh my gosh….this is so fast!
The website said it would take 35 days, but it’s barely two weeks and the owls have arrived and what’s more, I only ordered 16 big owls, but the pack came with the small owls as well! What a bonus!!
So, please hold on to your horses (or owls), we will sew them for you. Hang on, please. I see many emails in my mailbox on owl orders and have not replied yet, but I will soon. First come, first served, in chronological order.

Earth Hour 2015 In Kudat 2nd Apr 2015, by WWF Malaysia
Earth Hour 2015 in Kudat included a Women Leaders Forum which aimed to highlight the roles of women in nature conservation through case studies and to provide a platform for women in nature conservation to know each other.
This was followed by a Tun Mustapha Park (TMP) Run to raise awareness on climate change issues and garner support for the establishment of TMP as an Marine Protected Area.
The day ended with a lucky draw and performances to celebrate lights off.
