Loyal Dog Awaits Deceased Owner Outside Brazil’s Hospital
Two weeks ago, 82-year-old Vergilia de Lima Gomes from Brazil was rushed to the hospital, unfortunately, she passed away from respiratory complications. The woman’s loyal dog arrived at the hospital following family members and since then has been patiently waiting outside hospital doors to reunite with his best friend and owner. Sadly, the loyal dog is unaware that he will never again see his best friend.

1. (Left) Luigi, a Malayan colugo, was found resting at a very odd site for his species: within an HDB estate that had no adjacent forested/vegetated area. We will never know how Luigi ended up there! Thanks to the concerned caller, Luigi was safely relocated to a more natural habitat.

Dog Finds Lost Balls for Football Club
A youth club has been reunited with eight of its stolen footballs after a dog found them in bushes that border a playing field.
Meg Brace's border collie has retrieved more than 20 balls on the open space behind her home in Glemsford, Suffolk.
After a public appeal, the Epic Youth Club recognised the balls had been taken from its kickabouts at the nearby village hall.
