Tabs’ Temperature Returns To Normal!

Yay!!
Tabs’ temperature is normal (39.1 degrees) so she only has to finish a course of oral antibiotics for another 7 days. This is provided there is no more vomiting. The vet gave another antibiotic jab today, which will last until tomorrow, so I start the oral antibiotics then. He did not want to simply administer another anti-vomiting jab since Tabs has not been vomiting.
The quick administering of the antibiotics (the injection) must have arrested that bacteria from causing more harm. ...

Adoption Spotlight: Sugar, Yam Yam, Mog and Sago.
Both 1-year-olds, Sugar and Yam Yam came to us in a pair, abandoned by their previous owner after they were allowed to breed. Sugar is the girl while Yam Yam is the boy. Sugar gave birth to two boys, Mog and Sago, but the entire family was given up soon after. They didn't have such great luck in life, but are ready for their second chances! Last night, Cleo and Indy accompanied Tabs as she slept in the basket…
Cleo seldom ever shows any affection for anyone. In fact, she’s totally unsociable and is a complete loner, but look at the picture above. She stayed there, in that sitting position for a very long time last night.
Tabs slept all night (I was still up until 2am) and this morning, she was her usual feisty and happy self. She sneaked out of the room as usual.

The morning started with Tabs getting quite upset that Cow had taken over her editor’s chair.
That’s what the Cow Family does – they take over other people’s territory, even if it is just a chair.

Bukit Piton Reforestation - A Success Story (Short Version)

This isn't a picture of some ordinary tree. Look close enough and you'll see the hapless cat stuck near the end of the branches. Our Animal Rescue Officers (AROs) arrived on the scene after receiving a distress call from a concerned member of public, and managed to get to the cat using a long ladder and pole.
Fortunately, the cat was safe and without injuries. Our AROs released the cat who was happy to return to where it came from.
