3 DOGS FROM WAR ZONE NOW WAGGING THEIR TAILS! The Shelter Kiev SOS helped another trio of dogs from the combat zone. The dogs were quite exhausted and frightened at first, but now they are coming around wonderfully and beginning to wag their tails.
