URGENT: old dog seen limping with head down, in pain due to 6-7 gaping maggot-infested wounds on his neck and head. Last seen at Jalan Gangsa, Durian Tunggal, Malacca. Dog will die a slow, painful death if not rescued immediately. Is anyone in the area able to help? Please SHARE this alert out, maybe you have friends in Malacca who can help! Thanks.

This female shih tzu was dumped by her owner outside our shelter.
Our shelter received a call earlier asking us to accept a shih tzu. Due to it being a female, we have requested for a surrender fee equivalent to the spaying cost in order for us to bring the shih tzu for spaying after she comes in.
Unfortunately, owner had resolute to dump the shih tzu outside our gate instead of paying for the surrender fee.

Aunty Yan is one of our all time committed volunteer who never fail to come help out on our events, may it be adoption drives or during our bath days.
It's miraculous seeing how she work in the shelter and handle the dogs. They seems to sense her sincerity and will usually give in to her command, no matter how aggressive the dogs are.

Mr Zurik Is At It Again….

Last night, Mr Zurik started chasing Rosie again…sigh!
There was a scream in the garden and by the time I rushed out, Mr Zurik was in the porch, Daffodil had just slipped under the car and Rosie was already gone. I went out to look for Rosie but she was probably too scared to come out of hiding.
This morning, Rosie came back for breakfast at 5am!
Mum, Daffodil, groomed Rosie after breakfast.
