So, after having succeeded in furminating a most willing target, Tabs, and the other not-so-willing-but-we-don’t-mind-and-anyway- do-we-have-a-choice targets, namely, Indy, Tiger and Bunny, I decided to try my luck with the terrible threesome from the Cow Clan, namely Cow, Cleo and Pole (in ascending order of “difficult-to-handle”).
Amongst the three, Cow would be the “easiest”, so here goes…

There're so many things that we do not understand. One of them is why on earth anyone would abandon FIVE perfect Persian cats. All of them are around 2-3 years old, four are girls, one is a boy. They certainly add a large furry dose of glamour to the SPCA. We know they'll be snapped up like ice-cream on a hot day but we just couldn't resist posting about them! If you just want to visit them, better do so asap!

My Furminator Arrives!

I’ve long wanted to buy a Furminator, but didn’t know how to get one until my friend, Cathy, sent me the website a few days ago. It’s a cat de-shedding tool that can purportedly reduce shedding up to 90%.
A few days ago, Indy started vomiting his food and it turned out to be a case of hairball. Two days of Laxatone seemed to have addressed the problem and I was told that the Furminator could reduce hairball as well, besides making the cat shed less. Just to sidetrack a little...

six of them, 2 adults & 4 kittens.
Her original owner cannot take them in anymore as her landlord chased
them out last month.

Batu Pahat.

Updates From Imm’s Shelter In Ipoh

We highlighted Oei Phaik Imm’s plight in March last year and thanks to our readers and those who received my forwarded email, we raised a substantial amount to get Imm back on her feet. Ever since then, some donors have been supporting Imm’s work while some Ipoh friends have been going in to help out physically.
Recently, Imm applied for medical subsidy for 3 of their animals. We subsidised the bills as per our policies. Extended boarding was not covered.

My friends spotted two dogs wondering around taman leader tanjung bungah. Looks like they have just been dumped by their owner recently. Concerned residents nearby are kind enough to feed them, but they are scared of human and would only eat when no body is around. Can someone nearby please help these two poor dogs?
