Bobby was rescued by Linda Suhaili, but she could not keep him because she stayed in a kampung. I posted Bobby's adoption 14th April, and....

Hi Dr Chan,

Good news! Bobby has been adopted by the family on Wednesday, 20/4. I spoke to Jeffrey, the guy who adopted him, just now. He told me that Bobby was doing okay. However, we (both hubby & I) are still crying our eyes out missing him so very much although we only had him for a week. It happens every time. But no worries, it won't deter us from helping others.

I don't know how people can feel anything but love for these animals. May we continue to have the strength to help them.

Wth regards to the blog on 14th April 2011 posted by Linda Suhaili of Ipoh, you will be happy to know that I have managed to get a friend to adopt Bobby. It broke my heart to think Bobby has to go to a shelter. Imm had agreed to take him in if no one wanted him. I met Bobby! He was no stray dog; most likely an abandoned pet. I will check on Bobby's wellbeing periodically to report back to Linda. Hope he has found a loving home now.
