Hello Dr. Chan, 

Sorry for writing to you around this late, as I am at lost regarding this matter.
I'm writing regarding a stray puppy around my office area as I walk to work. Around Petaling Jaya, Asia Jaya LRT area.
The puppy is located inside sort of a closed off empty building. The puppy seems to be all alone. This week, I didn't see the mum around as normally she will stick around or come back later to be with her pup. The puppy & the mum are able to move around as the grills surrounding the building are large enough for them to come out from yet both are wary of people. Sometimes there are a guard there, that leaves the gate open while still staying inside the guard house guarding the place. Recently the building are having some renovation done, so there are renovators walking in & out yet nobody bother the puppy & the puppy just sit at one corner. The puppy doesn't look so well currently. Attached here the pic of the puppy:

I'm unable to help foster/adopt the puppy as I have 2 adopted stray kittens. My grown up cats will run away from home whenever there is another cat/dogs around, especially more so if I bring 1 home. So I hope maybe there's is someone who may be able to help this puppy.

We have offered our medical subsidy should Elaine wish to bring this puppy to the vet's for treatment, but the puppy needs to be caught first, and that is the help Elaine is now seeking.
