We successfully captured two strays with this new method.
We received a volunteer's complain, she used to feed the strays near her house,and wants to get them neutered, but she couldn't touch them.
After two weeks of preparation, ISPCA and Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh (MBI) managed to capture the dogs with the special cages.

这虽是一个新的尝试，但也成功诱捕两只流浪狗。
我们接到芝姐(动物爱护义工)投报，她一直有喂食家附近的流浪狗，也愿意出份力节育牠们，但却一直无法触摸牠们。
经过两星期的准备，ISPCA和个怡保市议会MBI联同市民和义工一起装置诱捕笼子来捕捉这些流浪狗。

ISPCA呼吁更多的志愿者加入我们的行例。
