[用晶片扫码器代替杀戮的枪支]

Last week ISPCA and MBI worked together to capture and neuter 4 strays at FAIR PARK residential area.
Today the 4 strays are released back to where they came from. Since they already underwent TNR, the residents are glad to see the dogs come back, and they wouldn't have to worry about overpopulation of stray dogs in their area.
Currently TNR(M) project is starting. Town council also encourage the citizens to replace killing with neutering.

上星期ISPCA 和MBI 联手在FAIR PARK 住宅区里扑捉了四只流浪狗，并把牠们送去了节育。
今天四只浪浪也都重新回放原来地方，因为牠们全都进行了TNR(M)计划。居民们也欢喜的看到牠们平安回来，同时也不再担心将来这地区会有大量的流浪狗。
目前TNR(M)计划已经开始进入阶段。
市政厅执法部门也鼓励市民支持这个TNR计划，以节育代替杀戮。
