Due to uncontrolled stray problems, ISPCA will be holding TNR Stray Neutering Program at Dewan Rela Parsi Pinji.Ipoh (opposite parsi pinji market).15th Nov 2015(sunday) 9.30am~2.30pm
We invited the Councils of Ipoh Town Hall to this program, so to practice TNR at the future.
We welcome the public to bring strays to this event, and please follow the rules:
1) each person can only bring 2 animals to this event.
2) Each animals's neutering fees is RM100.
3) Before neutering, the animal cannot eat and drink for 8 hours.
4)After neutering, the person who brought it to our event have to take care of it (at least 3 days) until the animal recovers.
5) The animals participating in the event must be 6 months or older and in good health.
6) Animals which are neutered can get microchips for RM40 each. ( Only for neutered animals)

Notice:Due to time constrictions, this neutering event is only open for 20 to 25 animals, first come first serve. Any inconvenience is much regretted.
We hope that we can educate the public about strays through this event. To successfully control the number of strays, we need the help of the public besides government and animal lovers.

怡保市流浪动物问题一直都不能受到控制，及本协会庇护所也严重爆满，公众也投诉无门，因此在本月15号，ISPCA 将在兵如港警卫团礼堂 (巴刹对面) 举办一场(TNRM)流浪动物节育计划。
主要为流浪猫狗阉扎，之后为牠注射晶片，方便日后能有效记录与控制牠们的数量。
此次节育计划活动也特地邀请怡保市议员一起参于，让他们对节育流浪动物计划有更加深一层的认识和了解，主要是为未来TNRM能在怡保市实践，做出的第一步。
当天我们欢迎公众帶流浪动物参于比活动，以及遵守本协会条规
1)每人最多只能帶两只动物参于节育计划。
2)每只动物的阉扎费是RM100(包括晶片移植)。
3)动物在手术前8小时禁止饮食。
4)动物在手术后，必须由帶牠来的市民照顾致复原为止(至少三天)。
5) 参于阉扎的动物必须年龄超过六个月大或以上和健康良好。
6)之前已被节育的动物也可在当天注射晶片，收费RM40。(只限己被节育的动物)

备注:由于时间关系，此节育活动只能为二十至二十五只动物进行手术，先到先得，若不便处，敬请谅解。
希望透过此次活动，能教育公众对节育流浪动物有更多的认识，要解决与控制流浪动物的数量，单靠政府单位或一些动物组织的力量永远是不足够，必须要更多市民的力量才能达成。也希望有更多义工与组织能帮忙筹募更多的资源帮助更多的流浪动物。
当天也设有小型领养活动，欢迎公众前来參观与领养庇护所的小动物。
