🎤🎤🎤Should DVS allow cruel dog catchers who catch stray dogs and cats be exempted from the cruelty law?
Meaning:- Is it ACCEPTABLE TO BE CRUEL in catching stray cats and dogs just because they are strays and not owned?.
Just answer Yes or No?
—-Yes means it’s acceptable to be cruel to strays because they have no owners
— No means it’s NOT acceptable to be cruel to strays just because they have no owners

Today we received a distress call from Bosnian rescuer Amela Turalic who needs help to save a mother dog and her 5 puppies who have been living in a dug-out grave in a Sarajevo cemetery. No dog should live this way.
With winter coming, we have to hurry. The puppies have just been rounded up, but this is temporary. Amela is already deeply in debt with the many more rescued dogs and has no place for them to stay....

3-legged Daya is looking for a loving home, free roaming indoors only. Fully independent in spite of handicap. Rescuer found him with wounds on his body, then when the vet checked him, the thigh line was cut open. Vet says probably accident or dog attack. Leg was already fused in a fixed position, hence vet advised to amputate to allow the inner thigh to heal better. Neutered and vaccinated. Location: Damansara Damai. Meanwhile, Ginger also has issues of his own. We thought that being the only male in here now (it’s just Ginger, Heidi and Tabs), he would stop spraying and marking territory? No such hope. We are happy to note that there has been a slowdown in neutering claims since March this year. We contacted our previous applicants and were informed that their colonies have more or less stabilised. There has been no new animals entering their colonies or just the occasional one or two.
