This female dog owned by foreigners. She was abandoned after they left and very skinny. Some malay families were angry because she followed kids at the neighbourhood. She has been beaten and limping. And spotted crying begging at all house gates to let her in.

This is a new try, we added microchips managing method into TNR program. and we hope that this is a better method to control and manage the amount of strays.
Every neutered animal will be marked at the ear and a special collar with a microchip will be given.
Through this activity, we also invited a few Council Members to inform them about the ways of undergoing TNRM.
We also believe that "Neuter replace slaughter" is the best way to overcome stray problems.
