A New Batch Of Faces Tshirts (Animals Are Our Friends) 6th May 2014, by AnimalCare
As announced earlier, we are in the midst of selling out our Blue, Green, Grey and Red tshirts. And we will most likely maintain only the Faces Black and White and maybe, Gold.
The most popular design is still the Faces.
Currently, the supplier is out of black cloth so we are not able to replenish the stock for Black, but they had enough to print 80 pieces of white Faces, so here it is…in time for Wesak and Pet World.
Heidi is my assistant for the day – to help count and label the...

CHARLES, the British Shorthair, finds a cosy home!
Barely a week ago on 28 April, we spotlighted CHARLES, the unmistakably handsome and regal British Shorthair, who was up for adoption. Charles, now proudly addressed as TEDDY CHARLES, is now the baby of the family of ROBIN CARANGI who adopted him on 1 MAY 2014. What a way to usher in Labour Day, with Teddy Charles going home to a loving, bubbly, cozy home!
We are apprised of the fact that CHARLES is oh so fond of tummy rubs, and had a reas...

Keep Yourself And Your Pets Safe From “Bath Blasts”! 5th May 2014, by AnimalCare
What is a Bath Blast and how does it happen?
Here’s my personal experience which happened a few hours ago during the heavy thunderstorm in Subang Jaya this evening:
I was taking a shower (wet from head to toe) and holding the showerhead with my wet right hand when suddenly I saw a bright flash of white light and a huge spark at my hand and felt a jolt so great the showerhead flew off from my hand onto the wet tiles. I wasn’t wearing rubber slippers at all. Was barefoot on the wet ba...

After 4 months of intensive rehabilitation, Suzzie began her new chapter of life as we sent her home last Friday. Truly, it was a rewarding moment as we witnessed her troop accepting her back on the very same day. A promise kept to return her home ; stories of hope like this, is an inspiration to us, mankind. We thank everyone who have been supportive of Suzzie and most importantly, the vet team at ARVC for fighting on with her, despite all the odds.
"It was at this moment, I had no doubts that...

TIPS TO HELP YOUR CAT & DOG TO GET ALONG:
●Praise your dog for friendly behavior around the cat.
●Provide an escape route for the Cat- Someplace he/she can get out of reach of your Dog & be safe. Eg. Put a basket on the top of the cupboard for the cat.
●Rub a towel on your Dog and put it under your Cat's bowl so he/can get accustomed to your Dog's smell.
●GO SLOW! Animals take time to get along with each other (just like humans!) They will be unhappy if you try to force them to be toget...
