While we are doing our best to get as many street animals neutered with the best of our intentions, let us not forget that the neutering procedure does carry some risks, as do all surgeries. Poor Angel was abandoned by a cruel owner, but was luckily rescued by a kind lady. She is a true Angel indeed – very calm, gentle, agile and docile, with a soft little bark to seek your attention.
She makes an excellent guard dog and a good pet for children n family. And look at her dance with her paws!

Refreshed Cat Pillows And Playtime!

Soiled cat pillows can be washed, dried and refreshed with silvervine powder or leaves and they will be as good as new. If the cover is tainted, just sew a new cover over the old one.
That’s what I did this afternoon and we have new pillows to play with!
Actually Indy is crazy over silvervine pillows, but he’s pretending to be uninterested while the rest play.
Of course Ginger gets one too.
See? Even the great Indy Jones cannot resist the attraction of the cat pillow!

Spaying Subsidy For 2 Female Dogs In Kluang (Sim Kim Hin & Tan Mei Lian’s)

We have subsidised RM300 for the spaying of these 2 female dogs. Uncle Sim is a feeder of many dogs in an estate area and was introduced by Tan Mei Lian. Mei Lian is helping Uncle Sim do the claims as Uncle Sim is not computer-savvy. We have spoken to Uncle Sim on the phone and he has agreed to a joint claim.

Happy Tails From SPCA!

PANDA!
When Panda arrived at the SPCA she was very outgoing. The only problem was that she was a little *too* outgoing and playful for many people. They just couldn't keep up with her! She was then fostered for a few weeks by a fosterer that owned a Golden Retriever. Spending time with this elder dog taught her better manners and gave her a boost of confidence.
As soon as she came back to the SPCA, someone found her to be simply irresistible and adopted her on the spot! Now she is a very pamp...
